The shuttle service was less than reliable, taking almost an hour despite the hotel being just five minutes from the airport. Upon check-in, my reserved king suite was unavailable, leading to an inconvenient wait in the lobby. Additionally, the humidity in the room made everything feel damp, including the sheets, which definitely detracted from my overall comfort.
